Hi, Im Fred and I live in Denver.
I work in the main operating room of a large Denver area hospital and smoking is frowned upon and forbidden on campus. I do not want to sneak behind the bushes or hide in my car any longer to pollute myself. I am done and ready to quit!
I live with a room mate who is an ex smoker and is doing great. He used the patch and said that was all he needed. I, on the other hand, want all the ammunition I can get including NRT, family, friends and a good support system on this site.
I have 3 dogs that I love very much and dont ever want to think I made them sick because of this habit (nor do I want to make anyone else sick including myself).
