My Name is Deb. I selected my daughter's birthdate, 10-6 as my quit date. She has never been a smoker, and she's wanted that for me since she was a girl. Now that I DO have some health issues going on (found out late August/Mid September) and am still seeing specialists, I know NOW is the time. Well...a long time ago was the time but I apparently thought I was invincible!
