Hello fellow exes, day two and feeling great. Probably the 21mg patch but don't really feel the want to smoke anymore as I used to. Still get triggered but dealing with them so far. Pretzel rods subbing for cigarettes.
Last night some wild dreams. I even took the patch off before bed but dreamt that there was a grace period for smoking and I was trying to smoke a pack in one hour 😂
Second wild dream, I gashed my knee and was bleeding profusely waiting on an ambulance. Was about to pass out then woke up.
BP is almost back to normal. Went from 210/110 to 140/90 only after one day of no smoking.
