I remember when I first started quitting that time seemed to stop but now time is back to moving normal again. I'm only wearing the patch for half a day now, but I will keep following the steps to the end. The weather has been so warm that I started on my spring work. Mostly cutting and splitting firewood. Still walking 7 miles a day. Merry Christmas and I hope everyone makes it through smoke free.
