day 33

today I re-commit to being an ex.  I am enjoying so many benefits, some expected and some not.  One of the best is sharing with my friends here.  Others are my new energy, good smell and the hope that I can save my teeth!  Family and GF very happy.

All is good.  Have a wonderful smoke free day my friends!  Be thankful for what you have.
