Hi to anyone listening. Hope this BecomeanEX thing works. My quit date is April 1. Sooner if I can. I was diagnosed with Lung cancer 9 months ago. Irony is I didn't get it from smoking. It's a rare form of cancer that developes on the outside of the lung. But cancer or not I'm tired of being tied to them. I plan on getting some patches and gum. I'm also considering getting hypnotized. Has anyone else tried hypnosis? Did it work? Make it easier?
