Description
Well here we go again, bringing out the big guns this time and going to come here for support and encouragment often. Started taking Chantix a few days ago and waiting for that to fully kick in and then kiss the ciggys goodbye.
I grew up south of Chicago and moved east to PA back in '87. I told God that if he would allow me to get away from where I was that I would quit smoking. (not a smart thing to make vows with God.) anyway here I am and ready to give it another go.
Today I am married , yesterday too. 28 years to my loving supportive wife. We go to church and have personal relationship with the living God. As I was told by a guy from AA once, he said "you believe in a higher power, well you better also believe in a lower power that seeks to take you down and out." From my life experience and what I know from the Bible this is too true. Anyway I'm glad to be back here and like I said I'm going to be coming here often. 8/22/2014
