already craving more food

Just by cutting back and tracking cigarettes I have noticed an increase in my appetite. trying to use celery and carrots along with increasing my water intake. I have noticed an increased craving for sugar so bought some fat free sherbert and sugar free candy.  Cinnamon seems to be working pretty good. Trying to increase my activity on my Wii fit and just trying to find things that will work for my quit day. I have noticed my two biggest triggers are in my car and when out with friends. Gonna try to work on those two first so I can be ready for quit day.
