Share your quitting journey
For those of you that are THINKING you are addicted to cigarettes and you fear never being free from tempation, you have another thing coming! Last year, I read a lot about Dr. Bruce Lipton and his ground-breaking scientific discoveries.
About Bruce Lipton:
"is a former medical school professor and research scientist. His experiments, and that of other leading edge scientists, have examined in great detail the processes by which cells receive information. The implications of this research radically change our understanding of life. It shows that genes and DNA do not control our biology; that instead DNA is controlled by signals from outside the cell, including the energetic messages emanating from our positive and negative thoughts. Dr. Lipton’s profoundly hopeful synthesis of the latest and best research in cell biology and quantum physics is being hailed as a major breakthrough showing that our bodies can be changed as we retrain our thinking."
Now I know that this sounds like BS to a lot of you, but for those of you that have seen "What the Bleep Do We Know?!" you already know that a lot of the way our bodies operate is due to postive and negative experiences we've had with reocurring visual, audistory, or sensory stimuli. The "spiritual" connection between quantum physics and consciousness is still one largely refuted. And guess who is the biggest critics of this theory: that's right! The pharmaceutial industries!!!! Of course they wouldn't want you think that with the power of your own mind, you can change your ailments to improve your wellbeing without chemicals! But guess, what, there's a lot of scientists that think you can!
So, for those of you that are living in desperation with quitting, thinking that you will never be free of tempation, you're wrong. I urge you to please investigate:
• Bruce Lipton on youtube.com
• "What the Bleep Do We Know?!" - rent or buy on DVD
I'm not saying that these theories are 100% proven or even accurate, but they make a hell of a lot of sense, and will give you the will power to continue your journey of quitting with a new outlook.
