Yep another Hump day is here!

Since my hubby Mark retired the end of April it's hard to remember when it's hump day with all the days running in together lol! 🤣 Our buddy our pal our friend our Hump day camel George gets quite perturbed when I forget to mention him because he likes to wish everyone here at EX a Stressfree hasslefree BUT most importantly a Smokefree Day or Vapefree or Dip Free! Kicking NICOTINES BUTT into Obivion is the GIFT OF LIFE! Our quits must be our top priority!

                                        I find laughter is a great stress reliever
