My town, Grand Forks ND is going smoke free August 15th. I am running a 5K at the Fall Frolic on August 17th here that is celebrating that fact. So, I was thinking by then, I will have 153 days in so I think I am going to have to make myself a tank or tshirt to run in! Grand Forks 2 days in, Me 153 days in!! WE CAN DO IT! Hope everyone is well and staying strong!! YOU CAN DO THIS! NO ONE BELIEVED I WOULD and I did it!
