Yes today marks 40 days of Freedom since I broke the chains of smoking and it feels great, I have been giving my wife a smoke free kiss every morning for the last 40 days and it fells great. I took the time this morning to read posts, some are sad with as friends that have become sick and parents being ill and some are celebrating 9, 23 and 30 day mile stones in the quit date and even some of us are going on a retreat for the weekend, So today I want to send my support and prayers to everyone who has a love one or friend that is sick, to everyone celebrating a mile stone in there Quit whether it be 1 day or 1017 days. We all use this site for support and encouragement and for that I want to thank the EX-community for without it I would not be at my mile stone I can only hope that somehow I am encouraging others to KEPP YOUR QUIT ON.
