I genuinly never thought I would reach 70 days smoke free. How Awsomely cool is that. :-))
I am proud. I am amazed but still proud. Thats 70 days of demonstrating some good old fashioned self control, making a decision and sticking to it. Huge mega smile on my face today, all day.
Thank you to everyone in the Ex community for your education, support and advice and most importantly your friendship in those moments of desperation.
