Hi everyone! Although I don't write often I do read posts frequently. I just hit 8 weeks smoke free! I am determined to never pick up a cigarette again. Hope everyone is having a wonderful day:)
You can do it!!! I keep telling myself that I never want to go through that first day of quitting again...that is what keeps me motivated. You made it through that first day. I promise it does get better!!!
