It has been 151 days since I quit. I was reading some of the first blogs I wrote. I was so scared and insecure, if some one had told me then that I would be 5 months without a cigarette, I would not have believed them. It has been rough a couple of times, but, I have done it. I HAVE QUIT SMOKING! I NO LONGER NEED OR WANT TO SMOKE! I AM A NON-SMOKER!!!!

Yesterday at the grocery store, I was walking back to my car when I smelled the moxt noxious and nauseating smell. It took me acouple of minutes to realize that it was someone sitting in their car smoking a cigarette.
To all new EXes, welcome and throw away any preconceived ideas about quitting.
