Wanting to change day 1

Well last night I was very proactive and put a 14mg patch on so the morning wasn't so horrific. That pretty much tells you I drink coffee and smoke a lot in the mornings. I woke up not feeling too bad even though I had a crazy dream which I'm sure was the patch I was wearing. I grabbed my coffee and let the dogs outside and instead of sitting in the garage with my coffee I am in my home office reading and typing. Looking around my office and seeing stuff everywhere I think cleaning it will keep me busy and my plan is to stay busy and interact with people. Actually this morning my first plan is to clean my car and get rid of all smoking stuff in the garage. I have a lot to keep me busy and smoking was just dragging me down, making me lazy and being a huge procrastinator. I am behind in most projects. I am taking this very seriously and I need to make a change in my life. So day 1 here we go one day at a time.
