Just wanted to say that.  Hope all had a good time in O town.  Went to dinner/lunch with some friends this weekend,  No sooner finished apps. and 4 of them had to go have a cig.  Very windy, chily, and they stood outside smoking.  Then they all returned to the table, and they stank.!!!  I have to say, and I do mean this.  I am so glad I am not doing that anymore. 

Hope to visit site more this week.  All take care.

Great job Jonny. 22 days is awesome. Watching smokers now is very interesting. You know they are not enjoying the cancer stick and have no idea they stink to high heaven. Just think that used to be us. You are doing great. Keep up the good work. The 1 month mark is just around the corner.

Great Job ! that stink is awful isn't it? same thing happened to me over the weekend when my friends went outside to smoke and came back into the restaurant all stinky awful. and I didn't crave one at all.  hope you stay quit. keep up the good work!!!
