I have reached the 10 day mark, and I am now into the morning of the 11th, and the urge to smoke is pretty strong. I'm telling myself that just one will remind me of why I quit. That is the big danger today. I'm going to try to stay a busy as I can be, and try to ride it out. I'm really ashamed that I am not stronger today. I'm hoping that I can close out today as a small victory in my quit.
Anyone out there with suggestions? I'd love to hear what strategies others are using.
