Good morning! It's 1st thing on day 1 and I am so upset. As I feel like this is the demon part of me making excuses, I wake up to my husband smoking at the fireplace IN THE HOUSE when I BEGGED to help by having nothing smoke related in the house if he wasn't going to quit with me (which I didn't except him to join me but not the point) As DISGUSTING I feel to share this for the 1st time, but I've been smoking a pack a day since 15 and being pregnant didn't stop me and neither did a stage 4 cancer diagnosis that ive been battling, so I was determined to make this happen for myself AND my 13 year old daughter. I don't want to quit, but I HAVE TO QUIT and I feel like i have zero help. I read all of the articles about living with a smoker and what to do, but I am so disappointed that I might have to take a little just me get a way. Anyway, thanks for listening!!
