Hello there!
It's Dez, not sure if any of you remember me from a few months ago but I went away for awhile while I got my stuff together.
I changed my name to reflect my new mission...A Healthy New Me...that's my goal.
The overhaul has already begun:
Exercising, check!
Healthy eating habits, check!
Quit smoking, COMING UP NEXT!
I blew this several times already, I know. I have alreay re-hashed it over and over with myself and my family, I don't care to bring it up on here because this is a new start for me.
My Quit date is Sunday June 26th. And I am looking forward to it!
