Are you depressed?  Feeling lonely?  Angry? At yourself or someone else? Scared? Stressed out?  Annoyed?  Aggitated?  Tired?  Exhausted?  Happy?  Feeling loved and cared for?

Moods, music and memory association are HUGE trigger points.

As a smoker, we smoked when these moods hit us.  Now that we have quit, what do we do when we feel these things?  What have we replaced smoking with to help us get through it?

It's about relearning life because cigarettes are no longer in our lives.

What do you do to help yourself get through those triggers?
