The first 24 hours.

The first hours hours. was pretty easy. i really just stayed  busy prayed a lot. i read a lot. Kept hydrated.I slept really good with my oxygen on last night. Best night of sleep i have had in a long time. and the last 2 months i have been on a diet. I have lost 20 pounds but my appettie was up yesterday. i did noy like that. i have to work on that too. feeling really postive and upbeat. i like that. I can even breathe better during the day now. The doctor said if i quit smoking now i dont have to wear my oxygen during the daytime just check my # once in a while. Does anybody know what would curb my appettiite?have a great weekend everybody.
