No Matter what may be happening in our lives we MUST keep our quits in TACT Which means N.O.P.E Not One Puff Ever AND Vigilance ~ N.M.W ~ No Matter what! It's not easy at times especially in the early stages of our quits BUT boy oh boy it's most definitely worth it to be Free PLUS anything worth having takes time AND effort AND kicking nicotines butt into oblivion is TRULY THE GIFT OF LIFE!
