Had walk in the morning.  Sharing some pics of morning walk, refreshing ...lilac, wild carrot (Daucus carota) ! 

Today is Recycling pick up day. Most of the trash cans are out for collection. Recycling van will collect the trash/garbage from containers.

Desire to smoke is waste/garbage in our mind.  One needs to throw it out from own's mind. No garbage truck will help!
