It's always the days to follow. I'm learning to take this one day at a time and worry about it as such. Not to worry about 100 days or 365 days from now. I have the patch on. OPINIONS ?? I won't quit cold turkey as it's never worked for me. I've drank about 17 small glasses of water today everytime I have an issue. Day 1 almost done
