Well i have started my No smoking journey. It's only been 4 days but I thank God for them 4 days that he let me not pick up. There's a time in your life when you have to say No More and keep on moving to where you are supposed to be with God and with four family. I think God for the people who write and tell there story,because it helps me out when I read them. my urges are there, but when i thnk about how far I have come and the things that mean the most to me i have to say not today satan you arent winning this balttle. so thsnk you all fot the blogs and being real with what you say because it has help me tremendously.
