Thank you lois and Giulia. Yes, learning from my past failed quitting attempts, this time I also sought for medication and counseling support covered by my employer's benefit program. Now I have 8 weeks of prescription medication and a lifestyle management specialist on my side--actually, it was this person directed me to this website. So you can see I'm serious and committed!
