I  did read Kellies blog and i think she's saying why wait til you get to that point to realize what smoking will do. I'll be 52 in a few days and I hope and pray I haven't waited too late . She makes a good point about NRT also that I won't go too deep into because I always end up in trouble when I get on that band wagon. She told a lot of good info and while shes suffering in ways that some of us can only imagine, it will be an  inevitable bad result if we smoke long enough, thats a given,, yes we all know old pawpaw so in so that smoked 70 years and never had a problem,, well that's like one in a million people, so we can keep using justification  rationalization to smoke. Get it out of your system, then wake up to being happy about it and declare it . Thats all I did was declare it,,, "I'm Happy, I've quit smoking!"

Faithfully yours all you great Ex er's This James 166 days Nicotine/Smoke Free, After 2 packs a day for 36 years
