Hello Fellow Ex Members,
The help and support of this community got me through that first hard year of quitting. I learned so much that I still carry with me to this day, the ten year anniversary of my quit.
What I still come back to is that there are times I do want a cigarette. At the same time, I do not want to be a smoker. So I do not waste my time and energy arguing with myself. Just move along in my day free from nicotine.

To all the new quitters, congratulations! Totally doable.
I am rarely here anymore. Next time there is a bonfire, would someone please toss in my 109,500 unsmoked nasties!
