Howdy out there in non-smoking land. I just wanted to drop by and pat myself on the back for 120 days without a single puff. I did the lozenges for 3 days so I guess I'm only 117 days nicotine free but who cares. Also, I've started doing the Insanity workout program and I love it, but beware, they don't call it Insanity for nothing. I hope everyone is doing well and just remember. N.O.P.E
