I want to thank everyone  in the Ex community for the support I have received,

Wow! 12 years is fantastic! Congratulations! Do you still have the inclination to smoke from time to time? I have a few friends that have quit smoking for as long as you and every once in a while, they say they still have the thought that a cigarette would be nice but it's easily dismissed.

Kimshine I have not had the urge to smoke. Early in my QUIT I did but I prayed for the removal of  the addiction  and temptations daily. And to this day I pray and thank God for  Keeping me Smoke free.
