I have not been on here in a while and for that I apologize but I will say that I am still smoke free(164 days). Yeah life has still been throwing me a few curve balls but it wont make me smoke. I am still working out at the gym on a regular basis. I hate that I have not had alot of extra time to check in with you all but I will try to make it a point to check in atleast every other day. So how has everybody been? i hope you all are still smoke free.
