So I have been a chewer for over a decade and a half. Ever since my oldest son was very young so I switched from smoking to chewing to help with ear infections. I've tried to quit several times but it's never stuck more then a few weeks. My plan is to cut down on chew slowly between now and April 19th. Then on April 20th, it will be a full transition to either coffee pouches or ground tea leaves and be nicotine free after that. Hopefully it works.
