I started to light a cigarette -- but waited a few minutes -- as I thought of other things that I could be doing, INSTEAD OF SMOKING :
A) I could take a nice, slow stroll on the beach
B) I could be a master chef
C) I could be an astronaut
D) I could be the writer of exciting mystery novels
E) I could design a new techno gadget
F) I could close my eyes, and imagine : all of my stresses, disappearing
G) I could plant a tree
I'll be so happy, when I'm SMOKE FREE (Feb 14, 2014)
