A very tearful day yesterday.
We got my son's MRI results yesterday. The tumor is getting worse. He is no longer able to tolerate his current chemo treatment. I will be taking him in today for a blood transfusion because of low red cell count. That should make him feel better. His friends will be taking him to Comic Con this week-end so he should have some energy to enjoy this.
We will be going to talk to the Neurologist Oncologist Specialist at the UW in the upcoming week to make sure we have all the updated research and/or see if it might be a better option to do one of the clinical researches. His chemo doctor has a couple of other options available but he wants to make sure thee is not a better option out. Taking one day at a time.
I got home last night to a big puddle of water on the kitchen floor dripping out of the ceiling. Checked the attic could not find any leaks. We had a mystery leak in the living room a couple of years ago and the guy we hired found nothing and he didn't charge us thank goodness. All has been well until last night and it is still raining and dripping. My son's friend is coming out tomorrow and is going to check it out for me.
Still smoke free. No time for, don't want it. Need my healthy life to keep me going.
