Love from my animals

Love for myself to get fit, love and be able to breathe freely

 

I don't want to smoke . I don't like how it makes me feel. Heart races ,hard to breath. YUCK

 

Quit to exist!

Listen to positvie stuff . Trust the process of life, No Fear

 

 

smoking down't help your health, it prevents yoga, meditation, laughter, time wi lovedone, fitness, nerves, makes heart race, makes it hard to breathe. I can accopmplish alot more w/o it.
