Description
I've been a closet smoker for years and have quit on a number of occasions for days to weeks, but always seem to come back to the evil sticks! My partner who I never thought would give them up is now a former smoker and I'm so proud of her! She's on me every day and I don't blame her as I gave them up a year or so ago and she didn't quit and I fell back into it again. I certainly don't hold any blame on her, she wasn't ready to quit then, now the shoe's on the other foot and I want to quit, but I'm having a full on battle with those demons. My job is stressful and money is as tough as it's ever been for me and is leading to tension in my relationship. I've always been very indepenent in doing my own thing, but this booger has a strangle hold on me, so I've made the decision to get help from this site that has been so instramental in her quit. May God, this group and my inner strength be enough to finally give it up for good!
