Smoke Last Cigarette Ever....Check

I have smoked my last cigarette ever, brushed my teeth, set my clock, now I'm heading to bed. I want to see how long I've been a non-smoker when I wake up in the morning. I am excited to see the hours begin to build. Tomorrow I will go one minute at a time if I have to...whatever it takes, NOT ONE PUFF EVER! I have already begun a journey I know I will never regret. It feels really good to take my life back.
