Six month's smoke free

To all my excommunity friends I am so sorry haven't been keeping up.  Life has taken me away from my computer except for work and facebook, which you are more than welcome to request me on:)  I am still smoke free and have only had a few times when it was tempting.  I have those friends that only smoke once in a great while and it has been tempting to convince myself I can to the same but then I remember all the reasons I quit, how proud I am that I did it, and how much better I feel.  It really was not as hard as I thought once I accepted that I wanted to do it and that my life should not revovle around those smelly death sticks.  My daughter loves to play with my hair and snuggle into my neck now that I don't stink.  I pray for you all ot just for the quitting but that your lives will be healthy and happy as you journy though this short but wonderful lifetime.  I hope to hear from you all and hang in ther everyone,  it's definantly worth it:)
