Short of Breath

Today I was outside cleaning all of the snow off my car for the millionath time! lol and I noticed that I still have shortness of breath( but not nearly as bad as before I quit smoking) Is this normal? I am smoke free for 1 month! One thing I did notice though the coughing is gone! I mean gone! I barely cough anymore, I used to cough to the point where I thought I would pass out! But thank God that is long gone!

He shortness of breath will go away. The more active you get the more the shortnes of breath will go bye-bye. However, there are other things that you were doing too! Working out in the cold weather automatically makes it harder to breathe.

Congrats on the 1 month.

Your shortness of breath will improve and it makes shoveling snow a piece of cake.

Stay strong girl. It just gets better.
