Description
I am 37 years old and started smoking when I was 18. A decision I wish I had never made. Have tried to quit multiple times in the past, only to go back. Hoping this time with this support group that it will be different. I feel trapped by smoking and want more than anything to be a non-smoker and get healthy. My plan is to go at this "one day at a time."
