First post here so just thought I'd introduce my situation. I woke up today in a state of unease and panic and had the realization I need to quit smoking. It wasn't just smoking but a whole overhaul in my life needs to happen. There has been a lot of discord and heartache in my life (some of course by my own hand) where I lost some people very special to me. I may not be able to get them back in my life, but I do know this; I can get my life back and this while a small part of it will affect my whole. I'm scared to death of this new unknown, especially with an almost nonexistent physical support system in my life so I hope this place will help. I hope I can also help in the support of everyone else here as well. Thanks and all my best to everyone!
