For some reason I can't shake the urge to smoke right now. I haven't touched anything and I don't have anything here to smoke, but that doesn't stop me from getting in the car and finding a quickie mart. I keep trying to think of other things. I am starting to question everything. Why did I stop smoking if I am still experiencing these horrid painful episodes now happening at least 6x/day with each one lasting a half hour up to an hour each time. It didn't help that.
Help? Ideas?
