But, just as in all things, it takes practice to relax. It takes deliberate thought. It takes conscious effort. Especially if you are used to NOT relaxing or loving yourself. Those pesky little words..."I'm so stupid", "I'm fat", "I can't".....erase them. Those nagging little thoughts..."I'll start tomorrow", "I'm too busy", "I never do anything right"...toss them! Be deliberate in your desire to relax. "This too will pass"..."I am OK"..."I will get through this". Learn to love yourself day by day. Learn to find joy day by day. Tension is not who you are!!
