I have posted a few times that so far I have seen no visible/noticeable benefits of quitting smoking and some of you have expressed concern that I am giving myself reason to start smoking again. Let me reassure you that is not the case. My intention was to show that quit journeys are unique and that it is possible to have the determination to quit even without the boosts of those visible/noticeable benefits. Now I am thinking that since my entries are being interpreted as setup to restart smoking, that it would be best if I just leave that topic alone. I want to encourage others on their quit journey, not potentially weaken their resolve. I am on day 27 of my quit and still going strong.
