Just a short post from a person who smoked after a several year quit. I had forgotten many things. I have atrial fibrillation and the rapid rate of heartbeat after one smoke was alarming to one who has been hypersensitive to rapid heart beats after a 3 day hospital stay and new meds to keep my ticker regular. It felt like my heart was gonna come right out of my chest.

And the SMELL of the ashtray the next morning was a gag producer and the heartburn! Come on folks, really think about it, try to be objective and look at this addiction for what it is. It makes no sense and it it so offensive. Crumby film on teeth and stink of hair and clothes. And dirty ashes! Yucky!

Life is so much cleaner, simpler and smells so much better. Drop ''em today and be FREE!
