New quit date set: Friday Oct 23rd.
Caved on my 2013 quit after 7 weeks. Couldn't then cope with No Man's Land. Was anxious and antsy and couldn't get out of my own way, no matter how many days I already had behind me.
Ready again now. Reading Carr again, the WHOLE book this time.
And plan to be more active here, too.
If you'll kindly give me this 2nd shot, I promise to read, learn, and listen to any and all sage advice.
And to communicate better.
