Well it has now been 2 weeks smoke-free. It is getting easier with less urges or cravings. I can go through the week and it is so easy and I feel great, no thoughts of smoking. Weekend comes, and my worst trigger is alcohol and I know that and I have to be careful because those evil thoughts come back once I start drinking.  I fight them off because I have learned how to handle them, but I wish they would go away. I think I know I will be totally free is when I have a couple of beers and those emotiions will NOT be there. I enjoy going out on the weekend with my friends and socializing. There is no way I am quitting my quit. I have come too far and I am not going back to square 1, no way. I really enjoy reading about what everyone is experiencing both positive and negative. I really think all this support is a big reason I am still on track. Thank you all..... I feel so much better.
