Hello all,
So I’m having lung surgery in November. My doctor said I have to quit smoking because of possible complications. Unfortunately I’m so addicted to cigarettes that I have no desire to quit. Im really struggling! I was supposed to quit today but my pack wasn’t finished from yesterday. I’ve had 2 cigarettes today. I usually would have had at least 8 or more on a work day. I also was able to not have my after waking cigarette this morning which is the one that is my favorite. Any suggestions or anyone required to quit because of surgery I’d appreciate hearing from you!
