Quit Success with Plans for WHAT!

When you reach your quit date, it is helpful if you make the decision not to again use nicotine NO MATTER WHAT. Life is always going to happen!  Come up with a plan before you quit, write down what you can do when stress hits, use it, and you can be successful!

A pet's death is WHAT!

An unexpected bill is WHAT!

An argument with a loved one is WHAT!

A job layoff is WHAT!

A difficult health diagnosis is WHAT!

A car accident is WHAT!

A bad day at work is WHAT!

An appliance breaking is WHAT!

An encounter involving the police is WHAT!

Death or illness of a loved one is WHAT!

Have you vanquished a WHAT during your quit? If so, share it and what you did to get past it without nicotine. You might just save a quit!

I smoked until a vascular surgeon informed me of the damage I had done to myself by doing so. I quit 11 years ago, and I can swim laps virtually FOREVER now, walk most other days 40 minutes to an hour and a half. What a difference quitting has made in my life! I strive to help others find this wonderful freedom from addiction, too.
